From News Reports:
Dili, November 19: Aquilis Maubelo, 24, was beheaded and two other young men wounded in fighting between youths near government offices in Dili, United Nations police spokesman Benjamin Osuji said yesterday.
Police were still investigating the incident, Osuji said.
On Tuesday, a young man died when he was hit in the heart by an arrow.
Two others were injured.
In Baucau, East Timor's second city, a man lost his leg in the continuing violence said Dili national hospital emergency unit chief Americo dos Santos.
Street violence was first promoted and then used as an excuse to organise a constitutional coup against former prime minister Mari Alkatiri in April 2006.
Since then Alkatiri's successors have not been able to stop it.
Instead, President Jose Ramos Horta is in Lisbon complaining that international judges - most of them Portuguese - are not showing him proper respect.
